- Tickets submitted to the Savvy hub must adhere to the Savvy format to be considered valid.
- Any missed updates regarding remote and login credentials will lead to the ticket being marked as invalid and closed automatically.
- The priority of responses will vary based on the subscription plan for L1 level tickets.
- Development will only begin once the quotation and requirement finalization have received approval.
- Only approved IDs are permitted for ticket submissions.
