Submit a Ticket

Note

  1. Tickets submitted to the Savvy hub must adhere to the Savvy format to be considered valid.
  2. Any missed updates regarding remote and login credentials will lead to the ticket being marked as invalid and closed automatically. 
  3. The priority of responses will vary based on the subscription plan for L1 level tickets.
  4. Development will only begin once the quotation and requirement finalization have received approval. 
  5. Only approved IDs are permitted for ticket submissions.
